A: We specialize in manufacturing ring joint gaskets (RTJ gaskets) for oil & gas, wellhead, valve and pipeline systems. We offer R, RX, BX series ring gaskets complying with API 6A standard. Custom sizes and material options are available.
Q2: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold ISO 9001, TS271080K and China Valve Association certification. Our RTJ gaskets are fully manufactured to API 6A specifications for high pressure & high temperature service.
Q3: What materials are available for ring joint gaskets?
A: Available materials include carbon steel, 304, 316L, F304, F316L, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy and other alloy grades. Material selection depends on working pressure, temperature and medium.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: Standard sizes: 3–7 working days. Custom non-standard sizes: 7–15 working days, subject to order quantity and material availability.
Q5: Can you make custom ring joint gaskets?
A: Yes. We accept custom drawings, non-standard dimensions and special material requirements. Please send us your drawing or technical parameters for quotation.
Q6: What pressure classes do your RTJ gaskets support?
A: Our ring joint gaskets cover Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500, up to API 6A high pressure ratings for wellhead applications.
Q7: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and freight will be charged, and sample cost can be deducted from your bulk order later.
Q8: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperation.
Q9: What packaging do you use?
A: Each gasket is protected by anti-rust oil and plastic film, packed in wooden cases for sea or air shipment to avoid damage during transit.

A: Small orders are acceptable. MOQ depends on size and material. Please contact us for details.
