Spiral Wound Gasket consists of V-shaped metallic strip and soft filler, spirally wound together.
1.Inner Ring: Prevent gasket inward buckling, protect winding element from medium erosion. Materials: SS304, SS316L, Carbon Steel, Inconel.
2.Winding Element (Core): Metal strip provides spring back, graphite/PTFE/mica filler forms tight seal.
3.Outer Centering Ring: For centering and compression limit, avoid over-tightening damage.
Types:Type A: only winding elementType B: winding + inner ringType C: winding + outer ringType D(CGI): winding + inner & outer ring
Standard: ASME B16.20, ISO9001.
Application: Oil & gas, chemical, steam, marine, pipeline flange joint.
